I’m not a doctor or a scientist.
I am an individual that knows how he feels physically and thinks about it often.
Sitting very long brings with it a “yuck” feeling. Moving often makes me feel good, not yucky.
Sitting to long makes some of my joints feel like they are no longer bendable. Moving takes some of the stiffness away.
Sure, reading tells me the same thing, but my body is solid proof.
My hope for a long and healthy life feel more probable if I “Keep Moving”
Plus moving tells everything having to do with me, we gotta keep this man healthy because he’s not finished.
